The advisor I saw this morning basically told me I’m fucked if I’m interested in applying to grad school. She said I won’t get in because my GPA isn’t good enough. My cumulative right now is a 2.85, and they want closer to a 3.5. She did say that joining the peace corps and getting research exp. might help… along with an awesome score on the GRE. Looks like I’ve got a lot of work ahead of me, especially since I have no volunteer experience to put down for an application to the peace corps. I’ll get some though. I have a plan.
